Central Market is celebrating Black History Month this February by highlighting Black-owned products and offering virtual cooking classes with Black chefs, according to a press release.
Some of the featured products include Essie Spice, Egunsi Foods and Askanya Chocolate, while chefs like Pierre Thiam and Marcus Samuelson will be leading the cooking classes.
