Southlake Town Square keeps evolving with a mix of new arrivals and notable farewells, highlighted by the recent opening of Collars & Co., the Shark Tank–backed menswear brand.
The 2,000-square-foot store at 120 State St. is the brand’s first in North Texas and sixth nationwide. Known for its patent-pending Dress Collar Polo, famously called a “game-changer” by investor Mark Cuban, Collars & Co. blends polished style with all-day comfort for executives, athletes, and anyone seeking elevated business casual.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Collars & Co. shopping experience to Dallas,” said Justin Baer, Founder and CEO of Collars & Co., in a press release. “It’s not just a store. It’s an invitation for our customers to step into our world of elevated comfort and sharp style. Seeing and wearing our signature pieces in person brings our mission to life: helping modern men look and feel their best.”
Other recent arrivals at Town Square include True Classic, which has set up shop in the former Heyday Skincare space, offering fitted premium T-shirts, jeans, chinos, and activewear for men. The Normal Brand has also joined the mix, bringing versatile, everyday apparel designed for both comfort and style.
Looking ahead, Ascension Coffee will open its first Southlake location in Spring 2026 at 100 State St., the former Corner Barkery space. The Dallas-based café will feature a full specialty coffee program, small-batch roasted beans, and a globally inspired all-day menu, designed to create a neighborhood gathering spot.
An original tenant when the Square debuted in 1999, Corner Bakery was a beloved gathering place for neighbors and early risers. Its closure reflects broader national restructuring within the chain but leaves a lasting imprint on the community.
