This year, Complete Care continues to provide first-class emergency care. The network of ER centers has received four Pinnacle of Excellence awards as well as nine Guardian of Excellence of Awards, according to an article in Becker’s Hospital Review.
With those 13 awards, Complete Care has received 38 awards for patient experience since 2018.
"It's not about the awards,” Rob Morris, the CEO of Complete Care, says to Becker’s Hospital Review. “It’s about delivering an exceptional patient experience and building trust in the community. That’s what’s important to us. The awards are a testament to our team and the freestanding ER operating model.”
Complete Care has 14 ER centers throughout Texas and Colorado, with one located in Southlake.
