Southlake just received a major hospitality upgrade with this week’s debut of The Elmore Hotel, the city’s latest boutique hotel concept. Managed by Coury Hospitality — the team behind Grapevine’s Hotel Vin — The Elmore arrives after a multi-million-dollar renovation that transformed the space into a vibrant hub of design and dining.
Formerly known as the Cambria Hotel and then The Southlake Hotel, the property at Kimball Park is now a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio.
The 175 newly renovated guest rooms and common spaces at The Elmore Hotel now draw inspiration from the American Elm tree, a symbol of connection and growth. Warm wood accents, rich tones, and curated artwork by David Yarrow and Tyler Shields create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming.
Dining is at the heart of the experience. Guests can savor locally inspired flavors at Sagewind, where Texas ingredients shine in creative dishes, or slip into Social Outlaw, the hidden speakeasy where live music and handcrafted cocktails like the Southlake Spritz create a vibe both locals and travelers alike will enjoy.
Beyond food and drink, The Elmore emphasizes lifestyle and wellness. From poolside “Dragon Pilates” to Afternoon Tea socials and Mahjong gatherings, even the hotel’s programming is designed to connect with the local community.
With more than 5,000 square feet of flexible event space, The Elmore also aims to be Southlake’s new favorite backdrop for weddings, meetings, and celebrations.
“The Elmore represents our commitment to bringing design-forward, lifestyle hotels to cities across Texas,” said Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality. “Southlake deserves a property that feels authentic to the city while offering memorable experiences for both guests and locals.”
