Grapevine's Hotel Vin is raising a glass to growth.
A massive expansion is in the works for the popular lodging location, including doubling the amount of rooms, adding an outdoor pool and creating a large event space.
Owner Coury Hospitality announced the total number of rooms will jump from 120 to 240. Ground will break on the project in late 2025 at 321 E. Dallas Road -- the space formerly occupied by Sunbelt Rentals. Anticipated opening is 2027.
"It’s a very welcomed expansion of an incredibly successful hotel that really captures the essence of what a historic district boutique hotel should be," said Elizabeth Schrack, communications director for the Grapevine Convention and Visitor's Bureau. "It addresses the Grapevine brand and exemplifies what transit-oriented development is."
Other enhancements, per a release, include an outdoor pool, a 5,000-square foot event space and restaurant and wellness areas.
“With Hotel Vin, we set out to create a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, and itssuccess has reaffirmed our vision,” said Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality. “Expanding Hotel Vin allows us to elevate our flagship property even further, delivering dynamic new experiences for our guests and locals."
Schrack added that Hotel Vin addresses luxury lifestyle living in "a very approachable way."
"Everyone feels welcomed and included in this very service-driven, high-quality food and beverage environment that turns dining and entertainment into a living experience," she said.
