In late November, H-E-B, the lower-priced sibling to upscale grocery store Central Market, officially broke ground on a new Midcities location near Grapevine and Colleyville. Construction on the new 126,000-square-foot store is slated to last for about 15-16 months, with an expected opening date in mid-to-late 2026.
The latest store in the San Antonio-based grocery chain's portfolio will be located at the northwest corner of Cheek-Sparger Road and Rio Grande Boulevard, right on the borders of Euless and Bedford. It will include a full-service H-E-B Pharmacy, True Texas BBQ restaurant, gas station and car wash. It will also offer H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery.
H-E-B has been expanding its presence in North Texas in recent years, with seven new stores opening in the Metroplex since 2022. To stay up to date on grocery store's expansion, visit HEB.com.
