Southlake is embracing a new kind of luxury with the arrival of WorldClass Garages, a high-end garage community set to open in July 2026.
Designed for car collectors and enthusiasts, the customizable units offer secure, climate-controlled storage with space to showcase vehicles and personal collections.
The first phase includes 36 units, a clubhouse for owners and future plans for commercial space. Located at 890 Davis Blvd., units will be available for purchase, with one office for lease.
Colleyville also announced in April a 49-unit development by Enki Development that will be available for rent in 2026. Priced from $150,000 to $575,000, these luxury garages will be rentable and ideal for everything from Bentleys to vintage memorabilia.
