The Humane Society of North Texas has over a hundred animals available for adoption and fostering across its seven locations in North Texas. The animal rescue has waived its adoption fees after state officials ordered non-essential businesses like HSNT to shut down due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, according to its website. This means that over a hundred dogs, cats, birds, turtles and hamsters are available for either free adoption or fostering, including at its Keller offices at 363 Keller Pkwy., Suite A and 330 Rufe Snow Drive.
All adoptions are by appointment only with no walk-in exceptions. If you would like to learn more about fostering or adopting an animal in need, call 817.332.4768 or visit HSNT.org and see which shelter is closest to you.
