A Southlake-based online course provider recently won a 2022 CODiE Award for its outstanding elective curriculum earlier last week.
Founded in 2008, eDynamic Learning is North America's largest provider of online career and technical education and elective courses for grades 6-12, according to a media release. With courseware written by educators and subject matter experts alike, eDynamic Learning develops 25-40 new courses each year. Some new elective courses coming this year including STEM, animation and financial literacy, among many others.
On June 17, eDynamic was awarded a CODiE Award for Best Elective Curriculum Solution from the Software & Information Industry Association. Peer reviewed by a group of expert judges, educators and administrators, CODiE awards are given out to education technology businesses that exemplify innovation in their field.
"Being awarded a CODiE recognizes our hard work and commitment to developing and delivering amazing learning experiences for students, and supporting teachers with a comprehensive, engaging and flexible curriculum,” vice president of curriculum Lisa Rahn says via media release. “We're thrilled to have won this award again this year!"
