Need a place to store your Bentley? Your collection of 1920's New York Yankees baseball cards? Your grandfather's coin collection? A space will be open for you soon -- in Colleyville.
Luxury garages will be built along Colleyville Boulevard -- between Oak Pointe Drive and Industrial Boulevard -- after approval from Colleyville City Council earlier this month. The units will cost between $150,000 and $575,000, according to Colleyville city documents.
Construction on the units will begin in about one year.
The applicant, Enki Development, noted that these spaces are perfect for luxury cars, expensive collector items and other high-end items that need to be stored in a climate-controlled environment.
Exactly 49 garages will be available for rent, according to documents.
