Southlake Town Square is about to shine even brighter. Luxury crystal brand Swarovski has officially made plans to open a new boutique in the heart of the shopping district, moving into the former Pauri and Casae space at 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., Unit C37. A $250,000 renovation will start in late November with an expected completion date in January of 2026 according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Swarovski has been so popular in Southlake that several crystal encrusted football helmets were sold at past charitable auctions.
