Southlake Town Square is about to shine even brighter. Luxury crystal brand Swarovski has officially made plans to open a new boutique in the heart of the shopping district, moving into the former Pauri and Casae space at 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., Unit C37. A $250,000 renovation will start in late November with an expected completion date in January of 2026 according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Known worldwide for its craftsmanship and timeless sparkle, Swarovski has long had a loyal following in Southlake. From dazzling bracelets and earrings to sparkling accessories and home décor, the brand’s signature style has brought a touch of glamour to every occasion. Locally, Swarovski holds a special place in Dragon Nation. Fans may remember its famous blinged-out creations—from crystallized football helmet auctions and mom jerseys to custom jewelry—that quickly became status symbols under Friday night lights. Each piece showcased the brand’s ability to blend tradition with innovation, turning everyday items into sparkling statements.
Founded in 1895 in Wattens, Austria, Swarovski has built its reputation as the world leader in precision-cut crystal. Today, it operates boutiques in top destinations around the globe, each offering a mix of modern design and timeless luxury. The new Southlake store will reflect that same balance, with an elevated retail experience that highlights Swarovski’s latest collections and iconic designs.
