There'sbra new assisted living and memory care community coming to the neighborhood: HarborChasebrof Southlake is set to open in late 2016. Jeremy Partlow has just been named itsbrnew executive director. Partlow joins HarborChase of Southlake with more thanbr10 years of experience in senior living.

HarborChasebrwill have 120 apartments and offer both assisted living and memory care. Itbrwill feature 24-hour staff, supportive services, customized programs, scheduledbrtransportation daily, housekeeping service, concierge services andbrchef-prepared dining in multiple dining venues.
