A new 38-acre mixed-use development recently broke ground in Keller. Located at the intersection of Highway 377 and Mount Gilead Road, Keller Center Stage is an upcoming development that includes 60,000 square feet of shops, offices and restaurant space, as well as 57 patio homes and 475 multi-family residences.
The first phase is currently underway with the development of The Lyric, a multi-family community that includes a hike and bike trail, a resort-style pool, outdoor barbecue areas, a state-of-the-art gym, a community lawn that can host live music events and 24,000 square feet of commercial space, according to a media release. Realty Capital development partner AJ Glass says the developers are currently considering several restaurants, salons and retailers for the space.
“The mixture of restaurants, shops and offices that surround a programmed amenity space open to the public is what will really activate Keller Center Stage and create a place for the community of Keller to enjoy and gather,” AJ says in the media release. “We… cannot wait to bring more variety to the city of Keller.”
