Rosemary and JoshbrBriggle, Owners of Primrose School of Southlake and Primrose School at HiddenbrLakes, saw a need in the community and stepped in to help. Their schools hostedbra two-week-long diaper drive that wrapped up Monday, bringing in nearly 13,000brdiapers for Captain Hope's Kids, a nonprofit that helps meet the critical needsbrof homeless children.
The organization donatesbrapproximately 16,000 diapers a week, making it the largest supplier of diapersbrto homeless shelters in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
“We hope to exceed ourbrnumber the next time around, however, the volunteer who picked up the diapersbrsaid it was the biggest single donation he had ever seen,” say the Briggles.br“We're very proud of all of our Primrose families for their generosity andbrcompassion.”
The diaper drivebrcoincided with national Diaper Need Awareness Week, which ran from September 28 tobrOctober 4, 2015.
