WalletHub released its annual report on the Best Small Cities In America earlier this month — and Southlake was among the top Texas cities.
According to the survey, more than 1,300 U.S. cities with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 were ranked on over 40 key indicators of livability, including affordability, economic health, education, safety and quality of life. Coming behind New Braunfels in the 89th percentile, Southlake finished in the 87th percentile, earning its highest ratings for its safety and home ownership rates.
Other North Texas cities to make the list include Flower Mound (93rd), Colleyville (82nd), Keller (80th) and Grapevine (68th).
