CARROLL SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL | Green Jacket
Alongside serving as an aquatics center lifeguard, a Swim4Elise Foundation ambassador and the founder of the Dragons4Dragons scholarship program, Brett Belleville added another accolade to his resume: being honored as a Green Jacket.
After being nominated by his teachers, Brett wrote his application essay — which prompted students to write about what it means to be a Green Jacket — about the different facets of life that makes a person an individual.
Brett, who is also part of CISD's STEM program and won an award for his Eagle Scout project, says while he wasn’t expecting the honor, it felt really good to be recognized by the CSHS faculty as a Green Jacket.
During the upcoming school year, Brett will serve alongside his fellow Green Jackets as an usher for all of Carroll ISD’s musical and theatre performances, sports games and civic events.
Excited to represent the school, Brett will spend his senior year illustrating the excellence Carroll ISD fosters in its students. Brett aspires to join the United States Air Force or Naval Academy after graduating.
