The Carroll Senior High School Theatre Department is ready to transport audiences to a sun-soaked Greek island this September with its production of the beloved musical “Mamma Mia!” Featuring the unforgettable music of ABBA, this international sensation will run for four performances only.
The story follows Sophie, a bride-to-be who secretly invites three men from her mother’s past to her wedding, hoping to discover which one is her father. What unfolds is a heartwarming and hilarious tale of love, friendship and family — all set to iconic hits including “Dancing Queen,” “Super Trouper” and “Take a Chance on Me.”
“We are incredibly excited to bring this high-energy, feel-good musical to our community,” said Carroll Senior High theatre director Ryan Barbe. “Our students have poured their hearts into this production, and their talent and passion truly shine through in every number. It’s a show that will have everyone singing along and leaving with a smile.”
