The spirit of giving that filled the room at Southlake Style’s ninth annual Women’s Luncheon came full circle this week as our team proudly presented a $10,000 check to keynote speaker Courtney Johnson, founder of Culinary Care.
The donation, made possible through the generosity of luncheon attendees and sponsors, will directly support Culinary Care’s mission of delivering meals and comfort to cancer patients and their families.
During the October luncheon, Courtney shared how her personal journey inspired her to launch the Chicago-based nonprofit, reminding guests that compassion, community and purpose can create powerful change. Seeing that message transformed into tangible impact made yesterday’s presentation especially meaningful.
