Stella Jets and other local companies are sending donations to Los Angeles on Jan. 15 to help those affected by the wildfires.
Southlake-based luxury private jet company Stella Jets, in a partnership with Bobby Lashley Outreach and other local businesses, announced it will be sending a jet full of donations to those in need in California following the recent wildfires, and the company is asking residents to chip in if possible.
Items needed include new or like-new warm clothes, baby diapers, wipes, formula, blankets, playpens, toys, bottles, backpacks, duffel bags, toiletries, first aid supplies, pet supplies and refillable water bottles.
"If people want to donate clothing, we ask that they put items for one size or gender in a small, labeled reusable bag with other necessities so it can be easily distributed," said Tia Minzoni, Stella Jets President and CEO.
An Amazon donation wish list has also been created, Minzoni said.
Donations are being accepted through Wednesday, will be sorted on Thursday and flown out to the Los Angeles area on Friday.
