Ranked the top 6A team in Dallas-Fort Worth by 'The Dallas Morning News,' Carroll has won 15 of its first 20 games as of March 27.
Along the way, the Dragons have defeated three top-10 6A teams: Flower Mound Marcus (no. 6), Rockwall (no. 7) and Sachse (no. 9). They've also knocked off 'The Morning News' top-ranked 4A team, Celina.
Also topping their respective classification is Grapevine, 'The News' top 5A team with a 16-2 record. Per scores and stats provided by 'The News,' Grapevine has outscored its opponents by nearly 100 runs entering the final weekend of March.
Carroll has opened District 4-6A play with a 4-1 record. Overall, the Dragons are 6-1 on the road and already have eight home wins in 2025.
