Carroll was there from the beginning, and the Dragons are still part of Patrick Mahomes’ expanding high school football brand.
When Mahomes and adidas launched their “Gladiator” uniform program in 2025, Carroll was one of just 15 high school football programs nationwide selected for the inaugural partnership—and one of only three Texas schools, alongside Whitehouse and Longview. The Dragons remain part of the program as it expands to 28 schools for the 2026 season.
The expanded group includes six Texas programs: Carroll, Whitehouse, Longview, Carthage, South Oak Cliff, and Vandegrift.
As part of the 2026 expansion, all 28 programs will receive new all-white adidas uniforms inspired by Texas Tech’s “Too Cold” uniform, which debuted last season and paid tribute to Mahomes’ signature style. The uniforms feature his Gladiator logo, connecting the high school programs to the brand Mahomes has built with adidas.
For Carroll, the partnership has extended beyond the football field. The Dragons have a dedicated adidas x Mahomes Brand collection, giving fans access to Mahomes-branded Carroll apparel. According to Carroll ISD, a portion of proceeds from the collection goes directly toward supporting Dragon athletics.
