The Associated Press released its annual preseason high school football poll results in the middle of the week, last week, and Carroll's Dragons showed up as 12th in Class 6A.
The results, while indicating the team is "unranked," still put Carroll in a good position, despite losing some senior talent in 2015-16 to graduation. The Dragons received 23 points in the poll. The full results are listed below:
