On Wednesday, Southlake Carroll’s football team officially named its varsity team captains for the 2020 season. Quarterback Quinn Ewers, wide receiver Brady Boyd, defensive lineman Travis Keener and offensive lineman Dylan Anderson are the players who received this honor.
In announcing these players as captains on Twitter, head coach Riley Dodge called it “a Great Honor and Responsibility!”
The season will unofficially get underway on September 24 with a scrimmage against DeSoto High School. The first regular season game is scheduled for October 2 against Rockwall Heath at Dragon Stadium.
