As Southlake Carroll makes its way through the 2020 football schedule, the defense continues to gain experience and get better. That’s why during their fourth game of the season against Keller, the Dragons kept the Indians to only one score and 338 offensive yards.
Sophomore defensive back Logan Anderson was a big part of that. He recorded eight tackles — the second most for the team on the night — and one interception on the night. This performance followed last week’s outing where Anderson made another eight tackles, a fumble recovery and four knocked down passes. Last week’s stats combined with this week’s stats led Anderson to be named our fourth Dragon Pride Player of the Week, sponsored by Thomas & Sharon Michael | DFW Elite Realty, for the 2020 season.
