Dave Campbell's Texas Football
RJ Maryland has officially picked a college home. On Wednesday morning, the senior committed to playing college football at Southern Methodist University.
Committing live on camera with “Dave Campbell’s Texas Football,” RJ is coming off a senior football season that saw him catch 65 passes for 1,171 yards and 14 touchdowns. He was also named to the MaxPreps All-America Team and was the District 4-6A Offensive Player of the Year.
"From when he was born, I remember all the times we were outside throwing the ball back and forth," RJ's father Russell says on “Dave Campbell’s Texas Football." "I'm very proud of him. Now it's time for him to do his thing."
RJ will start his college career at Southern Methodist University after graduating from Carroll Senior High School in the spring.
