RJ Maryland has yet another accolade to his name. The senior wide receiver was recently named to the Second Team Offense for MaxPreps.com’s 2021 High School Football All-America Team.
MaxPreps noted that Maryland “had over 1,100 yards receiving and 14 touchdowns while averaging nearly 18 yards per catch for one of the top teams in Texas.”
Maryland, who caught 65 passes for 1,171 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, was also named the District 4-6A Offensive Player of the Year.
