Another Dragon is moving on up. Pitcher Kole Rampage, a former Dragon, signed with the Chicago White Sox last week.
“So excited to continue the journey!” Kole says via Twitter. “Can’t thank the [White Sox] enough for giving me this opportunity!”
During his time as a Dragon, Kole was a two-sport athlete, playing both football and baseball. During his senior year, he had a 6-2 record with a 2.00 ERA and 64 strikeouts.
Following his time at Carroll, Kole went on to the University of Arkansas, where he went 14-6 with a 5.01 ERA and 207 strikeouts over the course of his four years there.
