Celiac Strong Day Information
Kylie Connor, an 11th-grade student at Carroll Senior High School, is organizing a national event called Celiac Strong Day at Carroll Schools. This year, she is collaborating with nine schools in the Carroll district, local gluten restaurants and bakeries, and jewelry stores within the Southlake community to make the event a success. Celiac Strong Day is celebrated annually on May 16th to raise awareness and support research for celiac disease. Kylie invites everyone in the Southlake community to show their support by wearing blue on May 16th!
