Community Connect 2026

Southlake Foundation, in partnership with The Westin Southlake and Rotary Club of Southlake, is hosting Community Connect – Celebrate. Connect. Collaborate.

The idea behind Community Connect came from something very simple. We have so many wonderful nonprofit organizations doing incredible work throughout our area, but many of them are working independently and may not always have an opportunity to know what other organizations are doing.

Community Connect is about bringing them together.

We are creating an evening where nonprofits can showcase their missions, meet other organizations, share ideas and resources, and build relationships that can lead to future collaboration. We also want to recognize and appreciate the many volunteers who quietly give their time and energy to make these organizations successful.

Community Connect will bring together nonprofits, volunteers, businesses, civic organizations, community leaders and residents under one roof. For residents, it will be an opportunity to learn about the organizations serving our community, discover volunteer opportunities and find meaningful ways to get involved.

Our vision is for Community Connect to grow into a platform that helps build a stronger nonprofit ecosystem in our area where organizations are connected not only with one another, but also with businesses, civic groups and people who want to support their missions.

This is not a fundraiser or an awards event. There is no cost for participating nonprofits or attendees. The purpose really comes down to three words:
