Intelligent Office, a leading provider of flexible workplace solutions for small businesses and startups, will celebrate the grand opening of its new Southlake location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community event in partnership with the Southlake Chamber of Commerce on April 21, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. The event will take place at the new location situated at 2801

E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 180, and is open to the community.

Owned by longtime business partners Jean Xue and Chuck Lo, the 5,600-square-foot workspace opened

earlier this year and offers 17 private offices, meeting rooms and a range of high-quality amenities

designed to support entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners. The grand opening

celebration will give guests an opportunity to tour the space, connect with local professionals, and learn

more about Intelligent Office’s flexible business solutions.

The event will feature light bites and beverages from local restaurants Pokerworks and ChickONut,

guided tours of the facility, and a formal ribbon cutting ceremony, and remarks from Xue.
