Race to Stop Traffick 5K

On September 2 at The Terrace in Westlake, the Race to Stop Traffick 5K will be happening. This 5K will benefit Operation Underground Railroad, a nonprofit that helps rescue and rehabilitate children who are sold into sex-slavery. The course will begin at the Terrace business complex in the city of Westlake and continue along a winding course through lush greenery and some of the nicest homes in the Metroplex. T-shirts will be given to all participants and top finishers in each category will get prizes. Following the race, participants are invited to take part in activities like face painting, carnival games, live music and raffles.
