What's Your Shine? Workshop

House of Shine is a leadership development nonprofit with a mission to strengthen communities by growing confident, self-aware and resilient leaders who are equipped with a deep understanding of themselves and why their contributions to the world matter. Using our custom-created SHINE framework, we will teach you how to be just that - a confident, self-aware and resilient leader.

S = Strengths, H= Hobbies, I= Interests & Irritants, and N= Needs and E= Experiences.

Although we teach people how to discover their SHINE when they visit our museum, this workshop will get you to roll up your sleeves and do the work necessary to really dig in and discover your SHINE.
