Delta Hotels by Marriott officially have their executive chef for Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar. Along with being the executive chef, Enam Chowdhury will also serve as the director of food and beverage for the elevated Texas cuisine restaurant, according to a press release.
“I’m honored to take the helm and look forward to leading my team to provide a distinguished food and beverage experience,” Chef Chowdhury says via press release. “Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar will be an extension of guests’ own dining tables, offering a hospitable environment to enjoy the thoughtfully designed and executed flavors. It is my goal to have every guest thinking about their next reservation as soon as the meal is complete.”
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Dean Fearing consulted with Chowdhury to create the menu for Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar, who worked under him for 15 years at The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas.
Chowdhury will be joined by Jose Soto as the Chef de Cuisine, who most recently worked for Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Dallas, according to the press release.
“I’ve worked with and admired Enam and Jose for years,” Fearing says via press release. “I’m so excited for the Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar because they will create world-class cuisine and a sense of place that will wow everyone, yet make people feel at home. Enam and Jose are both charismatic, high-energy personalities whom guests will ask for and want to meet to memorialize their experience.”
Delta Hotels by Marriott will be six stories with 240 rooms and is currently scheduled to open in late November.
