
Trophy Club’s culinary scene is heating up as two fan-favorite eateries, Dan’s Bagels and The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque, join forces for a mouthwatering limited-time collab. From May 20–25, Dan’s Bagels will serve up two exclusive bagel sandwiches that bring brisket to breakfast and beyond.
The Texas Twist features chopped brisket, pepper jack cheese, pickled onions and Boar’s Head dill pickles stacked on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. The Brisket Sunrise goes even bigger with bacon, egg, cheese, brisket and a crispy hash brown — a bold riff on the Texas Twinkie that made The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque famous.
“By bringing together the gold standard of barbecue and bagels in Trophy Club, we’re proving this little town packs a big punch when it comes to flavor,” said Dan’s Bagels Founder Dan Hilbert.
