Refreshed, Renovated And Renewed
Copeland’s Of New Orleans Is Back And Better Than Ever.

After a brief hiatus to undergo renovations, Copeland’s of New Orleans is back and better than ever. The restaurant, located within Hilton Dallas on Southlake Town Square, now has new lighting, carpet, paint and artwork.
“It’s just freshening up the space, making it feel a little brighter and more approachable,” says Abby Morgan, the director of sales and marketing.
Copeland’s serves up some delicious breakfast for the early birds. After grabbing your morning coffee or juice from Starbucks, dig into the Sunrise Breakfast, which comes complete with two eggs, breakfast potatoes, a choice between bacon, sausage or ham and toast or an English muffin.
After finishing your morning meal, hit up Copeland’s again later in the evening as the day comes to a close. Its dinner menu is filled with several delicious, refreshing options.

Guests who want something a little lighter can dabble in the brie and strawberry salad, which features spring mix greens, strawberries, toasted almonds, red onion and bacon, while the seafood gumbo showcases classic cajun roux, shrimp and crawfish.
For a heartier bite, go for one of the sandwiches. The spicy chicken sandwich features fried chicken on a brioche bun with spicy mayo and sweet and sour pickles, while the burger comes with mixed cheese, bacon, mayo, tiger sauce, lettuce and tomato on a croissant.
Diners who want to share a meal can order the jazzy wings — whole chicken wings fried and seasoned, served with cheddar blue cheese or ranch — while the blackened shrimp quesadilla with blackened shrimp, corn, black beans and pico de gallo is sure to satisfy.
And it always feels better to end the meal on a sweet note. Chocolate lovers can indulge in the chocolate cream cake, while the red velvet cheesecake provides a smooth and fluffy bite. And the classic carrot cake won’t ever disappoint.
“I am excited to be a part of this community and to reopen this,” John Bilek, Copeland’s Of New Orleans’ restaurant manager, says.
