Having opened in May, Cork & Pig is one of Southlake’s newest haunts for delicious beers, wines and cocktails.
“We utilize a wide range of resources — anywhere from recreating simple classics with a twist [to] authentically designing in-house specialty cocktails while utilizing local distilleries, personal experiences and our talented bartenders' innovative secrets and creations,” says co-owner Virginia Dalbeck.
What makes the establishment’s extensive drink menu so delicious is its attention to detail. All the aromatic garnishes are dehydrated in-house, and both the ice and the glasses are customized for each and every drink.
Cork & Pig’s on-tap beer selections also feature varieties from around the state, while its bottled selections hail from all over the globe. Some of the more sought-after cocktails include the fruit-forward Molly Ringwald Cosmo and the Piglet — a refreshing blend of mimosa and frose. Others stay late for after-dinner coffee drinks or one of their selection of irresistible ports.
