A new dose of sweetness is coming to Grapevine in mid-October. Kate Weiser Chocolate, the acclaimed Dallas-based chocolatier known for her hand-painted bonbons, will open a storefront at 417 S. Main St. — the former home of Dr. Sue’s Chocolate — just in time for the 2025 holiday season.

A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Weiser trained at standout restaurants like Stephan Pyles and Nobu before launching her signature line of artisan confections. Her vibrant, airbrushed bonbons earned her national acclaim — including a spot on Oprah’s ‘Favorite Things’ list in 2018.
