Brunch is about to be back in a big way with the arrival of CraftWay Kitchen this spring in Southlake.
The restaurant, which has quickly made a name for itself as a fan-favorite in Frisco and Plano, will be opening in early spring in Gateway Plaza in the spot Toasted Yolk Cafe most recently called home.
CraftWay Kitchen is sure to become a local culinary destination with an extensive menu that will satisfy even the pickiest eaters. In addition to its delectable weekend brunch -- featuring elevated classics like Steak and Eggs, Grand Marnier French Toast and Beignets -- there is also a full lunch and dinner menu. Patrons will delight in the wide array of appetizers, from crab-stuffed mushrooms to candied bacon, just as much as the mouthwatering sandwiches and entrees. Standout dishes include the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Beef Wellington and the Pastrami Reuben Sandwich.
There's also a full bar with handcrafted cocktails expertly created by in-house drink specialists.
"CraftWay Kitchen features great food with a weekend brunch and a full bar with premium cocktails," said Co-Owner Mike Hutchinson. "Our team is full of passion and dedicated to delivering the perfect experience. We are 'Your Home Away From Home.'"
