A new scratch kitchen is firing up the grill at Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth.
On Monday, Feb. 14, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill opened its newest location at 2900 Amador Drive in North Fort Worth. Featuring a warm and energetic environment, Firebirds grills seasoned hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, ribs and burgers over an open flame and serves local craft beers and specialty cocktails in its FIREBAR and lounge, according to a media release.
