There's a new restaurant in town offering everything from filet mignon chili to a bone-in burger. Horizon 76 opened in June ready to share its American cuisine with local diners. Owners Chris and Jennifer Polk teamed up with managing parter Jeff Lowery to create a grill house known for its quality ingredients and Americana interior.
With a wide spread menu featuring burgers, fried chicken pot pie, steaks and more, guests are sure to find a comfort food favorite on the menu. They will also see local vendors' names like Shannon Brewing Company and Z Bar Cattle Company, ensuring the restaurant has a true Keller stamp.
"We wanted to stay local and create a community feel to the restaurant," Jeff says.
While the interior sports artistic elements like a Keller water tower mural, the biggest attraction right now has to be Horizon 76's patio. Jeff says Horizon 76 plans to completely cover the patio in the future, but now the outdoor and open-air dining allows the restaurant to cater to a larger audience.
