Big news for burger, oyster and martini lovers — Hudson House is coming to Southlake. The beloved East Coast–inspired restaurant from Hunter Pond’s Vandelay Hospitality Group will open a new location in Park Village, taking over the former RA Sushi space at 1131 E. Southlake Blvd.
Slated for a Summer 2026 debut, Hudson House is known for its signature raw bar, savory cheeseburgers and the much-raved-about “World’s Coldest Martini.” In the Southlake location, expect Hudson House to bring its signature charm to life through thoughtful design touches like warm leather seating and an inviting wraparound bar. Not to mention a lively patio where you can snack in the shade while the kids run out their energy in the beloved adjacent playspace above the fountain.
“We’ve had our eye on Southlake for years,” says Pond. “We’re excited to bring our hospitality to a community that truly values it.”
The menu will highlight fresh East Coast oysters, Hudson’s Avocado Dip, the signature Cheeseburger, and house cocktails like the Frozen Bellini and Strawberry Spritz. The former RA Sushi location served Southlake for over a decade—now the space gets a stylish new life.
Stay tuned for more details as opening day approaches.
