Pacific Table is now open at the former Red Rock Canyon Grill location at 2221 E Southlake Blvd, Suite 360. This new restaurant is the third location and is a part of a growing chain that was founded by renowned restaurateur and chef Felipe Armenta joined by celebrity chef Graham Elliott in 2022.
The relatively new concept has quickly made a name for itself for its Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine which includes a variety of seafood, sushi and grilled steaks, not to mention an extensive brunch menu on weekends.
The Southlake location evokes a sense of seaside living thanks to the bar’s teak wood ceiling stain and the deep blue, black, and white color scheme. The concept continues into the dining room with nautical rope and white tile column details, while horizontal wall tiles, black wood wall panel stains, and gold-framed mirrors help complete the vibe.
Many will be glad to see Pacific Table’s semi-open kitchen that includes a sushi bar, making it an inviting spot for both lunch and dinner. Sushi lovers are encouraged to order the Margot Roll made with shrimp, jalapeño, cucumber, and lemon zest, or try the So Fire Roll that features blue crab, aioli, chives and an inventive butter truffle ponzu sauce.
There’s much more than sushi on this seafood-inspired menu, including Trout Almondine, Cedar Plank Salmon and Cioppino in addition to Fried Oysters, Clam Chowder and a fresh “Poke of the Day” selection. Land lovers will enjoy salads such as the Singapore Chicken Salad and Steak Salad, as well as sandwiches like the Korean Chicken Sandwich, Pecan Veggie Burger and California Burger, and so much more.
Pacific Table is part of the FAR Out Hospitality group, founded by Chef Felipe Armenta, who aims to provide a unique dining experience that combines modern culinary techniques with classic flavors.
