Ted Bilsky and Teddy Nugen are teaming up. The two chefs, who respectively pioneer the cuisine behind Scratch Catering & Fine Foods and Kirby’s Steakhouse, are collaborating Saturday night to provide a fine dining takeout menu for one night only. The meals will include a choice of salad, choice of a side, a main entrée of either an 8 oz. beef tenderloin or an Atlantic salmon and a dessert. Meals cost $50 each.
