Guests dining at The Henley inside the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square will notice more than just a few new dishes, after the restaurant recently completed a dining room refresh and introduced an updated menu designed to enhance the overall guest experience.
Hilton officials said approximately $50,000 was invested in the renovation, which includes new tables and chairs, updated artwork throughout the dining room and refreshed outdoor furniture. One of the most noticeable changes came beneath guests' feet, as the existing carpet was removed to reveal the original hardwood floors. The wood was then restored and glazed, creating a brighter, more modern atmosphere while highlighting the space's natural character.
The culinary updates blend returning guest favorites with several refreshed offerings. Starters include the Tossed Henley Salad, Classic Caesar Salad, Beef Crostini, and Bang Bang Shrimp. Entrée selections feature Sliced Beef Tenderloin, Fried Chicken, and Blackened Salmon, accompanied by sides such as Hot Honey Carrots, Asparagus, Buttermilk Chive Mash, and Maple Sweet Potato Purée.
Guests can finish their meal with one of three desserts: Warm Chocolate Pecan Pie, Whiskey Cake, or Mini Peach Cobbler.
Together, the refreshed dining space and updated menu give The Henley a renewed look and feel while maintaining the approachable American cuisine that has made it a favorite among hotel guests and local diners alike.
