The Apex Arts League has unveiled its 2026–27 season, bringing another year of music, art, film, dance, and live performance to Southlake, Westlake, and the surrounding community.
The season kicks off Sept. 13 with the Spectrum Chamber Music Society at GRACE Chapel at White’s Chapel Methodist Church, followed by an art reception Sept. 27 at Southlake Town Hall. October brings a Cinema D’Arte screening of The Duke at The Marq, a Fort Worth Opera performance at White’s Chapel, and the Trois Crayons “On Paper” exhibition reception at Gallery19C in Westlake.
The lineup continues Nov. 1 with Adams Family: Encore at White’s Chapel, followed by the always-popular Avant Chamber Ballet: Nutcracker Short and Suite on Nov. 29. The holiday season wraps Dec. 15 with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Sounds of the Season at White’s Chapel.
In the new year, Apex will present Cinema D’Arte: Caravaggio on Jan. 7, a member-only DSO String Quartet event Jan. 17, the Strokes of Art in the Square reception Feb. 14, and APEX Jazz Fest Feb. 27 at Carroll Senior High School.
Spring programming includes the Opus Nova Chamber Ensemble, Avant Chamber Ballet, Art in the Square’s Emerging Artist/Arts Alive showcase, the Southlake Presents Art Reception, Chamber Music Society Fort Worth’s Balourdet Quartet, Daniel Anastasio’s solo piano performance, and a final Cinema D’Arte screening of Mona Lisa Smiles on June 17.
In total, Apex Arts League will host events from September 2026 through June 2027, continuing its mission to promote and advance the arts, artists, and arts education close to home.
