SOUTHLAKE SHOWDOWN 5K SERIES

LAKE CARILLON PARK | Southlake is bringing local communities together for weekly Thursday evening runs at scenic Lake Carillon Park. Whether you're racing to beat your personal best or just out for a fun jog, this traffic-free course offers something for everyone. Warm up starts at 7:00 p.m., with the 5K kicking off at 7:15. Join the fun May 29 to August 7 and make it a summer to remember!

TOYOTA MUSIC FACTORY | With a voice that blends soul, R&B, and raw vulnerability, Teddy Swims has carved out a lane all his own. BEAR CREEK SHORT LINE EXCURSION

REBEL SCUM CON

FRISCO CONFERENCE CENTER |A galaxy of fandom returns to Frisco for the second annual celebration of all things Star Wars. From August 8 to 10, Rebel Scum Con brings fans together for a weekend of special guests, exclusive panels and interactive experiences for out-of-this-world fun. Held at the Embassy Suites Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center, this epic event is a must for Jedi, Sith and scruffy-looking nerf herders alike.

DINO DIG AT HISTORIC NASH FARM

AUG. 1 - 10

NASH FARM | Dig into prehistoric fun at Historic Nash Farm from June 6 to August 10. Discover the dinosaurs of the Grape Vine Prairie and what early farmers unearthed in their fields. Guests can excavate fossils, record their finds and take home a keepsake. Sessions offered at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Admission is just $3. Don’t forget a sunhat!
