Composed by Sergey Prokofiev and choreographed by Ben Stevenson, this ballet adaptation of the classic fairy tale tells the story of Cinderella, who is forced to labor under her evil stepmother and stepsisters. But when she has a chance at love with Prince Charming, she must venture out on a magical adventure that involves fairy dust, pumpkin carriages and a glass slipper that changes everything.

Nobody is immune to the beauty of the Dallas skyline — not even lifelong Dallasites. Now you can see it up close at the Skyline Half Marathon Run, which takes runners along Trinity River with its gorgeous views of downtown. After running the half marathon, 10K or 5K course, cool down at the afterparty with music by DJ Dame, plus a free beer garden for those of age. It’s a perfect chance to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and even prettier views of the city.

Bring your friends, family and pups, because all of your favorite four-legged pals return for DogFest DFW 2024! Held at the Community Beer Company in Dallas, this family and dog-friendly festival features live music, food and fun games for everyone to participate in — not to mention the delicious brews available on tap. Plus you’ll be supporting a great cause in Canine Companions, a nonprofit that provides expertly trained service dogs to people with disabilities at no cost. Come and celebrate the love of dogs that brings all of us together.
