Southlake is gearing up for a big year. From sweat sessions and self-care to sparkle, sushi and soda with a cult following, 2026 is shaping up to deliver a fresh wave of new places to eat, shop and recharge.
Fitness lovers can get ready to turn up the heat at Barry’s Bootcamp, opening at 1081 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 170. Expect high-energy workouts leading to serious endorphins, as well as the brand’s signature red-lit studio.
Glow-ups are also on the way. Mr. Winston’s Barber Shop will open at 1251 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 323 in the former location of Claire's, while Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa lands at 2105 W. Southlake Blvd., Suite 201, bringing massages, facials, injectables and more under one chic roof.
Foodies are already on notice with standouts like Hudson House and their ice cold martinis headed to Park Village at 1131 E. Southlake Blvd., not to mention specialty coffee purveyors Ascension Coffee set to take over the former Corner Bakery space at 100 State Street. Let's also not forget newcomer Kaji Sushi, set to open at 2777 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 100 for sushi nights that are about to get a lot more interesting.
Retail therapy is getting an upgrade, too. The one and only Rothy’s is opening at 307 Grand Ave East with its fan-favorite washable shoes, and Swarovski will sparkle into the former Pauri and Casae space at 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., Unit C37.
And because no neighborhood lineup is complete without a sweet sip stop, Swig is popping up at 2000 W. Southlake Blvd., ready to fuel afternoons with its wildly customizable sodas.
Bottom line: clear your calendar. Southlake’s 2026 openings are bringing the energy.
