WorldSprings Dallas is entering its third year with a new way to sweat, reset and recover.
The Colony wellness destination has introduced Aufguss, an immersive sauna ritual that blends essential oils, music, lighting, and choreographed waves of heat. Led by a trained sauna guide, each session turns a traditional steam into something closer to a performance, with towels used to circulate scented air throughout the room. Afterward, guests are encouraged to head straight for a cold plunge and outdoor rinse, completing the hot-and-cold contrast circuit.
The new experience serves as the centerpiece of a broader expansion that includes Finnish-inspired, Himalayan salt, aromatherapy, chromotherapy and red-light saunas. Together, they give guests more ways to customize a visit that might already include mineral pools, freshwater soaking and cold plunges.
WorldSprings has also added a 150-chair sun deck, refreshed its globally inspired café menu and announced a forthcoming app designed to streamline check-in, drink orders, and reservations.
The additions arrive as WorldSprings marks two years in North Texas and begins its first season as the Official Wellness Destination of the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
