For the second-annual FÜDTRUKY, we are upgrading our BRÜs. Shannon Brewing Company is joining our food festival as our official beer partner.
His award-winning brews are all natural, created with pure Texas spring water and are brewed with fire – the old-school way inspired by some of the oldest brew houses in Ireland.
“We fire-brew our using pure Texas spring water, whole grain and whole flower hops — making it the most natural beer we can possibly make,” Shannon explains.
The Keller brewery will be offering cans of a few of their year-round beers, like the Shannon Irish Red, Shannon Love ’n Haze IPA, Shannon Mór IPA, Shannon Chocolate Stout and Shannon Crystal Wheat. The seasonal Shannon Pow Pow Purple, a sour wheat beer, will also be available.
When asked what he was most excited for, Shannon said “getting to experience all the great food truck fare and pairing Shannon Brewery beer with all the unique flavors.”
